Quinlan Pozner, MSW-I

Quinlan Pozner (she/her) is an Advanced Clinical Trainee at Dwellness. She is completing her Masters in Social Work at Stony Brook University and is currently completing her Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Her approach to life and to therapy is rooted in inclusivity, collaboration, humor and curiosity.

Quinlan is especially passionate about helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience. She is committed to fostering an affirming, inclusive space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, valued, and supported. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, grounded in a belief that healing happens only when people feel truly heard and understood.

Before becoming a therapist, she spent over two decades behind the scenes in the world of immersive theatre and entertainment, navigating the intensity of high-stakes creative collaboration. Her life experiences have made her intimately familiar with the emotional terrain of perfectionism, burnout, and the invisible pressure to "perform." It was in these spaces that she first witnessed the tolls of neglecting one’s inner world. Today, she brings that same depth of insight into untangling the tension between ambition and wellbeing, creativity and control, work and self. She believes that openness and creativity can be powerful tools for healing and growth.
