Brennan Stack

Brennan Stack is an Advanced Clinical Intern with Dwellness who brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s story. She is currently a Master’s student at NYU’s Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness program.

Brennan strives to create a therapeutic space that is collaborative, and nonjudgmental. She believes that healing and growth begin with an authentic therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and mutual respect.

Brennan takes a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as needed. She aims to meet clients where they are, with compassion, and a belief that everyone deserves to live a life shaped by their own voice and values.

In her prior work as an academic advisor, Brennan supported young adults through complex life transitions, identity exploration, and moments of uncertainty. This experience inspired her to pursue clinical training and deepen her capacity to hold space for clients navigating emotional and psychological challenges. Brennan has a particular passion for working with emerging adults but welcomes clients of all ages.

Brennan brings an intentional and affirming presence to therapy, striving to co-create a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and understood.
